We want you to feel welcome and wanted when you visit FCC.
Feel free to ask anyone any question that you think of.

What is worship at FCC like?    We are a traditional worship style service with hymnals in the pew (though the words are also projected for those who prefer).  Our music comes from a pipe organ or piano and there are bulletins to guide you through the service.

Do you take communion?  The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) takes communion every time we gather for worship and ALL people are welcome to participate.  We believe that the Lord's Table is God's table, and not ours, so all are welcome.  Between the minister and the bulletin you will be guided in how we take communion together.

What do I wear?  You are welcome to dress in your "Sunday best" or in your jeans.  You will see both at FCC.

Where do I park?  Our parking lot wraps around the side and back of the building.  You can park anywhere.  If you like stairs, it is easiest to park in the back and come up the steps under the portico.  Then you are steps from the sanctuary.  If you need easy access, there is a ramp in the back of the building, or you can enter under the poritco by the playground or through the red front doors facing 5th street.  Those 3 entrances are step free.

What about my kids?  ALL ages are welcome to worship together in the sanctuary.  There is a small table in the back that our youngest are welcome to use to color pages and a rocking chair for any who need extra rocking.  We often have childcare available that any age is welcome to join in our education wing.
