Food Pantry Workers

As we approach the month of March, we are reaching out for support in our ongoing efforts to assist those in need. The Barrow County food pantry is providing essential nourishment to individuals and families facing food insecurity, and we are in need of volunteers to help staff it for the month of March. The food pantry is staffed by volunteers from congregations that make up the Barrow County Cooperative Benevolent Ministries (BCCBM) and rotate by month. FCC staffs the food pantry in the month of March each year. We have two people each day to serve those who come. 

The food pantry is open Monday - Friday from 4:30pm-5:00pm.  If you are able to lend a helping hand, please consider signing up for a volunteer shift. Your kindness and generosity will directly impact the lives of those in need and contribute to the well-being of our community. If it is your first time volunteering, someone will meet you at the Pantry to guide you through the process.
