At First Chrisitan Church, Winder, we believe that ALL people are children of God and are loved unconditionally.  We are called to break down the walls between us to love, affirm and welcome everyone.  We open ourselves and our doors to embrace any who seek God's life-giving grace.

As a part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) we are a movement for wholenss in a fragmented world.  We recognize that God's children differ in race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, ethnicity, marital status, physical or mental ability, political affiliation and theological perspective, and yet are all a part of the one body of Christ.  Therefore we welcome all to the Lord's Table as God has welcomed us.
